ORDERING INFORMATION / TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENT POLICY
All orders shipped from stock require full payment prior to shipping.
All Special or Custom Orders require 50% deposit. Balance will be assessed to your dealer account. The balance is due upon arrival of merchandize in Brazil Baroque warehouse. Best Replica Watches
All products will be shipped once balance is paid.
Orders must ship within two weeks of the Arrival Notice, or a storage fee of $25.00 per day will be charged to your Dealer Account.

TIME FRAME
For pieces in stock in our southern California warehouse, your order can be shipped within one week, depending on your location. For custom orders, please allow 12 to 16 weeks from date of confirmation notice.
DELIVERY
Prices are F.O.B. our receiving warehouse in California. We can assist you for quotes for delivery to your location. Freight costs average 15% of order total.
RETURN POLICY
All orders shipped from stock cannot be returned.
All Special or Custom orders cannot be returned. If cancelled by Customer, the 50% deposit shall be forfeited.
CHANGES IN ORDERS
Changes in design and size cannot be made once the order is confirmed. In most cases, changes in finishes or colors can be made within two weeks from the date the order was confirmed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may email us with your Sales Order Number to determine the status of your Order.
CONTAINER ORDERS
If you are interested in container orders, please contact us about our special container rates. Container orders will be shipped directly from our Brazilian factory to your location.
CONDITIONS
1.Title to goods remains with Brazil Baroque until full price is paid. All sales are final.
2. Brazil Baroque reserves the right to discontinue products, finishes and motifs without further notice.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Due to the natural characteristics of the woods that we use in our furniture (new, antique and recycled), there could be imperfections. These Characteristics are part of the patina effect and add to the uniqueness and beauty of our furniture. Brazil Baroque does not offer repair of any kind.
5. All items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Brazil Baroque contracts with specialized carriers for delivery services. Any damage incurred during delivery from our warehouse to the Showroom Partner location shall be resolved between the delivery company and the showroom partner.
